Mooloolaba - 5 weeks – 25th March
Ironman Melbourne - 7 weeks – 25th March
Ironman Port Macquarie – 12 weeks – 6th May

Note to all IRONMEN. I want you to have Mon & Tue as rest days this week (except Oliver & Wizza  …you get Mon & Friday). All base work is now done & with 7 or 12 weeks to go it is time to get more specific with distance & strength before your taper starts 3 weeks from your Ironman.

Wednesday, 8th February
AM: 5.00am Swim
Meet at Griffith Uni Pool    (Tempo)
PM: Own run – easy 60 mins - (trails is a good idea)

Thursday, 9th February
AM: 5.00am Cycle
Meet at Murrarie
PM: 5.45pm Windtrainer Meet at Wazza’s place. Please book a spot

Friday, 10th February
AM: 5.00am Swim
Meet at Griffith Uni Pool (Tempo)
PM: Rest

Saturday, 11th February If your are not training for Ironman but are racing Bribie..REST DAY
AM: 5.30am Run/Swim Meet Simpson Park. Run River Loop
Ironmen - 30k or 3hrs
Klingons 15k (take green bridge short cut) 
Gumbies 5-10k then…..

Swim
Yeronga Pool – Ironmen 4k continuous swim. (you may use Pull buoy if needed);
Klingons 2k, Gumbies 1k.

Sunday, 12th February Bribie Race
AM: 6.00am Bike/Run Meet Broken Spoke, Pimpama
120k ride (Melb Ironmen 150k) Ride to Dreamworld – Jacobs Well – Yatala and back to start (repeat as needed for distance). I will not be in attendance Bubbles will co-ordinate. 
Easy 20 min run off bike.
