Southern Stars Triathlon Club will be holding their next Introduction to Triathlon course during the winter months in 2010. As most of athletes are in the midst of a very busy triathlon racing season currently, we will begin our next course when the current season is over.

However, all triathletes are welcome to join the club. Training sessions are geared to cater for all abilities and anyone wishing to learn the skills of triathlon and gain fitness and training buddies is very welcome.
