I’ve managed to get last months time trials posted.
There are some absolutely outstanding improvements, especially from the newer squad members. Distances time trialled increased and still times came down. Aweseome work.

Check the entry really carefully – I’m sure I read that using fins is allowed for the swim.

Cadel Evans has become the first Australian to win the elite men’s road race at a World Championships (held in Switzerland). He won the 262.2 km race by an amazing 27 seconds.
Cadel will be talking and signing copies of his book, Close to Flying. He will also be happy to answer questions from the audience.
