Hi Everyone,

A quick update on the weekend ride and run sessions with meeting times and places.

Saturday (19th December) has two ride options
Long Course Athletes (and anyone else feeling fit and/or wishing to join us)
Meet at the Mobile Service Station, Waterworks Road – Settlement Road intersection, The Gap at 5.30am.
This ride is up Mt Nebo, Mt Glorious and return and then repeat up Mt Nebo and return.

Short Course Athletes
Meet at Simpsons Park, Graceville at 5.30am
This group ride will be the extended river ride loop at an easy pace.

Sunday (20th December) options
Long Course athletes will be meeting at the bottom of O’Reilly’s at 5am for a long run.
Princey will be support and sweep vehicle for this session.
Others wishing to join us – please do so. Bring your bike and have a ride whilst we run,
There are other meeting places on the mountain (such as the Alpaca Farm) which offer shorter ride/run options and it’s a great place to check out.
