Folks,

As you know Christmas means people are busy socialising, drinking, partying, sleeping in, lazing around (all carried out whilst I’m training thanks to a choosing a race so close to the festive season!). So….. while you are enjoying the Christmas period and others of us are away – Wazza has put together a program to enable you to continue training, either on your own or with other club members, as suits.

Check the timetable – we’ve tried to maintain the rythym and routine of training as much as possible. Also attached is a link to swim, windtrainer, bike and run sessions which can be worked through on a rotating basis until we get back and into training seriously for the serious end of the race season.
