18th February – 5 Places remain and they seem to be going fast. Get your booking made and deposit paid to be in! Don’t forget please – non riders are welcome. Under no pressure to be on a bike but able to enjoy the beautiful scenery and shopping in and around Adelaide whilst we are riding but still heaps of time to enjoy together after each days ride. Remember that we don’t always start and stop in Adelaide itself but in many quaint little country towns.

The Santos Tour Down Under dates for 2012 have been released.

Sunday, 15th January to Sunday, 22nd January.

I am still finalising some of the specific details but we are ready to roll with the very first Southern Stars Triathlon Club Cycle Tour in Adelaide.
So….

The Tour starts on Sunday, the 15th January with some awesome racing in the streets of Adelaide. Monday is a rest day for the riders but a chance for us to scope out of the Adelaide hills on our bikes and perhaps find a quality bakery or two. Then serious racing begins Tuesday through to Sunday, 22nd January and we will follow the professional riders through the hills, sprints and surrounding countryside.

Our tour package has been put together to ensure that we get to experience the riding, the wineries, the beach and the excitement and fun that is the Santos Tour Down Under.

As I said I’m still finalising some of the more specific details to obtain final pricing for participants and I will have this as soon as I possibly can.

Remember: Spots are limited to twelve (12) for this Tour. Be quick with your entry form and deposit ($150) to hold your place. Also, please read the terms and conditions. These documents are attached and need to be completed to hold your spot on our very first Tour Down Under bike tour.
